Coaching holds the space between where we are, and where we want to be.
As a coach, my role is not to give you answers, it's to help you find (and trust) the answers within yourself.
Life Coaching
I provide you a container to shed old stories, get quiet, and drop into yourself, so you can feel what needs to be felt, transmute what needs to be released, and keep only what’s beneficial. My role as a coach isn’t to tell you what to do. (That’s the last thing you need).
My role is to facilitate a space where you can recognize what’s true for you, and then help you actualize that.

We meet once monthly for 60-90 minutes to strategize on the month ahead.
