Bound by Spirit, these elements go beyond the physical and manifest as personality traits and energetic forces. The houses of the zodiac are ruled by the elements. The chakras (our physical energy centers) are correlated to the elements.
Building a business also can be interpreted through the elements.
So often, business information is all FIRE.
It's easy to find huge lists of actions to take and overwhelming amounts of conflicting information, all wrapped in a mentality of grind, hustle, and give until you can't give any more (then work overtime).
In Elemental Entrepreneurship, I'll guide you through a gentler, holistic, and more balanced approach to creating a business.
You can create a business that is built in sustainability, reciprocity, and nurturing your skills, gifts, and talents.
We will move methodically, balancing the elements - and our energy - so that we don't get overwhelmed, freaked out, burnt out, or quit before things blossom.

Elemental Entrepreneurs understand that the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit. There are steps to growing something strong and healthy!
First, you survey the land, and make sure that it's prepared for planting. Then you choose the seed that will grow the exact crop you want. You plant it, and you tend it. You nurture it over time with warmth and water. You nurture it with trust and patience. One day you look up and find you've planted a tree that can feed you for years to come, as long as you keep nurturing it consistently!

We look at what you want, and what you need in order to be sustained and nurtured by your business. We survey the landscape of your life, finances, and business as they stand today, and gather crucial information on where to go next.
This is connected to our Root Chakra - grounding, stability, physical needs, manifestation, safety in the material world.
In Air we go into big picture thinking.
We connect to the profound why behind what you do, and how it impacts the world for the better. Through this lens we look at your big dreams for the future, and how to launch your vision into the stratosphere.
This is correlated to our Third Eye Chakra - our thoughts, our intellectual ability, and channeling our connection to the divine and our higher self.
In Water we support the emotional side of entrepreneurship.
Self-confidence, fears, limiting beliefs, anxiety - growing our business requires us to push our edges and step out of our comfort zone in service of our big vision. This can bring up a lot of emotions!
In this module I'll give you practical tools to reprogram subconscious beliefs and soothe your nervous system to create a broad base of support as you grow.
In this module we'll also look at the role of ease and flow in business, and make sure we're building a work structure that honors feminine/flow qualities so we don't burn ourselves out.
This is connected to our Sacral & Heart Chakras - emotions, self worth, creativity, and empathy.
In Fire we blaze into implementation.
Now that we have a plan, a vision, and the emotional support we need to take aligned action, we're ready to set the world ablaze with our light.
We'll take strategic steps that actually move the needle forward - designing an aligned product suite, creating a year long sales plan and marketing calendar, understanding branding, sales copy, web/social media presence, funnels, team building, the works!
I'll show you exactly what steps to take, and in what order, so that you're not wasting your time or money on things that don't move the needle.
This is connected to our Solar Plexus Chakra, which governs self esteem and self expression, but we will also enlist heart and throat to help us give generously, share with love, and communicate our message to the world with authority.
In Spirit we delve into the beliefs that are the true "back end" to our business.
Spiritual laws of expectation, attraction, and massive action are the hidden threads that weave our efforts to our results.
Understanding what is yours to do, and what you can trust to unfold, helps you relax and trust that when you are aligned, you will create aligned results, without needing to stress or micromanage everything.
