A personal commitment to dancing every day in 2026.


Since the dawn of time, humans have danced. When you're dancing there's no phone screens, no Amazon, no crushing weight of capitalism.
Just you and the beat of the Universe.

Dance is medicine. It's your birthright. 

It's an essential part of who we're made to be.


This challenge isn't just for "dancers."
(If dancing makes you want to throw up this will be the most transformative for you.)

Your dancing doesn't have to be "pretty."
No one ever has to see it. 

It doesn't have to be "technical" or "correct" — in fact, that's one of the ways dance is the most medicinal, is when you allow it to be a place where there are no wrong answers.

 

The goal is to give yourself a physical daily ritual. 

You can use it as part of your spiritual practice.
As a moving meditation. 
As a way to shake out of rigid beliefs about who and how you have to be.
As an anti-perfectionism practice.
To connect with music. 
To connect with a body part that feels numb or disconnected. 

Some days your dance will feel like therapy. Some days it'll be a release valve. Some days it will be a celebration. 
But every day, it's a reset. 
A vinyasa. A return to yourself, in the most basic, primal way. 

This is about well-being, not skill (though, your skillfulness will undoubtedly grow in many ways, far beyond "steps".)

A song a day will change your life.

Here's how the challenge works:

You dance every day.

That's it, that's the challenge.


It can be 1 song.

But you're committing to taking a purposeful few minutes, every day, no matter what's happening in your life, to put music on and dance.

 

Your dance can be a simple 2-step in your kitchen.

It can be committing to dancing with your spouse every day and seeing what unfolds in your relationship.

It can be learning a tiktok dance.
It can be going to a dance class or learning from youtube.

Doesn't matter how much or how little you dance...only that every day, no matter what life is throwing at you, you put on music, and move. 


If you dance every day, you did the challenge.
That's it.

 

 

NOW, here's bonus layers (all of these are totally optional):

✨ You CAN do daily Sensual Movement Manifestation practice if you want to add dancing to your spiritual/manifestation practice (I'll teach you inside the Challenge).

✨ If you're a dancer already, you can focus specifically on skill expansion or an artistic challenge, and push yourself to make a choreography every day, or improvising every day.

✨ If your goal is to learn a new dance skill or style, such as embarking on a Pole dance journey, you can take this challenge to see how much you can grow in a year of daily practice.

 

✨ If you have my Sacral Sales program you can make this part of a daily Sacral Sales practice. 

 

Also optional:

Filming your practice.

If you WANT to film yourself for documentation purposes, do it.

If you're giving yourself a content or visibility challenge and want to post your videos daily, do it.

 

If you want your practice to be entirely phone free, you don't have to film.

 

ALSO Also Optional:

"Competing."

Some people are motivated by a little competition, so if you dance every day and post in our FB group, at the end of the year you'll be entered into a drawing to win prizes.


Because you don't HAVE to film, your post can be a video or a PHOTO after your practice (of your face, your feet, yourself in the mirror, whatever you want to document of your practice that day).

This is OPTIONAL, you can do the whole practice and never post anything if you don't want to, you just wont be entered to win prizes at the end.

 

If the point of your daily dance time is that it's a few minutes when you're OFF your phone, don't film.

 

Above all, this challenge is personal.
How ever you choose to engage in it is perfect, as long as you show up for yourself every day.
