About The Elemental Entrepreneurship® Framework
The real magick of this program is the Framework itself.  Â
The elements are a metaphor, a simple organizational system to help us understand business. And, they are the components of nature, the roots of magick, and the building blocks of life.
Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit elements correspond to the astrological signs. They correlate to the chakras (energy centers) in the human body. And they’re present all around us.
It’s easy to understand how the elements work:
Add too much water to earth, you get mud. Add too much air to fire, you get combustion. Add too much air to earth, it dries out. Nature works best when the elements are balanced. And so do we.
We all have some aspects of life and business where we thrive, and others that are more challenging. By looking at these things elementally, we remove shame and judgement and can discern which element would help us bring ourselves into balance.
For instance, if you tend to take fast erratic action and get so caught up in the day to day of work that you can’t see the forest for the trees, you have too much fire going on. You may need to take a break and get some AIR and clarify your longterm vision for the future, and then ground into the EARTH to create some plans and systems to help you get there without burning out.
If you tend to get overwhelmed and shut down or experience anxiety related to your work, you may have water dominating your system. Introducing SPIRIT and finding faith that you don’t have to know how everything is going to happen, but you can trust that it will unfold in a good way, may create the balance you need to reconnect to why you want to do your work in the first place (AIR), and then introduce some fire by taking one small easy action a day to help build momentum.
Because the elements are cyclical and seasonal, it helps us reconnect to the truth that growth isn’t linear. It allows us to drop into a framework that give us permission to honor the ebbs and flows of our energy, our work, and the world.
There’s no way to get behind, because every season repeats, and the elements are always there to help us find balance when we’ve gone off too far in any direction.
Understanding and implementing this approach in your life and business helps us to see ourselves kindly, and recognize quickly what type of support we need at any given moment.
