In general, when I meet creative, intuitive talented people who know what they want to do, but they either haven’t started their business yet, or their not full time in their business yet, there's 2 things holding you back:

In 25 years of entrepreneurship, and 10 years of helping entrepreneurs build businesses, what I've learned is that these 2 things must be addressed at the same time.

 
You can learn all the techniques and all the strategy, but if you still doubt yourself, don't believe it can work, and feel scared of putting yourself out there — you're not going to implement.
If you focus on inner work but don't have the strategy, you'll end up building yourself something where you're working hard, underpaid, and feel stuck or chaotic in the business.
 

In our year-long program we'll be addressing both things at once: 


I’ll give you all the training you need to set your business up in a way that’s designed to scale with ease from the beginning, and all the coaching you need to make sure you don’t blow it up out of fear.
 
We'll be working together intimately in a very small group setting, where I will step by step guide and mentor you through setting up your heart-centered business and guiding you to profitability.
 
This isn't a course where i'm teaching everyone to do the same thing. Each person in this group is building a different kind of business. Some people have kids, some don't. Some people are going to be all online, some are building in-person businesses. Some people have services, some have products, some have both.
 
I'm helping you set up your business, and no two businesses in my programs are identical.

Inside the program there will be a mix of support:

 
1. Pre-recorded and guided lessons.
As I said, I've been doing this a long time.
I have a ton of material already on how to do things like get your business paperwork filed and manage your business finances, how to clarify your brand, your messaging, set up your systems — so for anything where I already have material, I'll be giving you that.
 
2. Live Coaching Calls.
This is where each person individually gets coached on their needs, their unique situation, their questions, their blocks. This is really where the big magick happens. 
We'll have weekly live calls all year (except 1 week per quarter, we'll take off for implementation and rest).
 
3. Hands on guidance and feedback on everything you create.
I’ll be supporting you with everything — offers, positioning, messaging, back end set up, my eyes will be on every single thing you create for a year. As you're working you'll be able to submit documents to me for review and feedback, so you'll be learning with high-level support.
You've never written a marketing campaign before? I've written thousands.
You've never written a sales page before? I have.
I'll be here to help you gain the skills you need every step of the way.
 
4. Group chat support
We'll have a private group where you can message me and each other for support, questions, sharing wins, asking for body-doubling, co-working, accountability. It's SO important to have other entrepreneurs in your life. If no one in your community has built a business before, their feedback is often unhelpful. They may mean well, but they just do not get it. You need peers who are doing what you're doing who can support and witness you through the process.
Community is vital.

Q. How Long Is The Program?
 
A: The program is 1 Year long, because honestly you are unlikely to be able to do it faster than that. 
 
Building a business isn't a quick process. 
I've been in this business for 10 years and I'm still building — and I still always have a mentor! 

People who try to tell you you can do it in just a few weeks are selling "get rich quick" schemes.They're no different then people who say you can lose 50 pounds in a month on slimfast. 

This process is deliberate, and it takes time.

 
Q. When Are The Live Calls?

That's being decided by the group RIGHT NOW.
After you join you'll immediately be taken to a poll where you can vote on what time works best for you. We'll be setting the calls by group consensus.

Q. Can I Really Be Full Time In My Business Within A Year?

A: I'm going to give you a "Yes, and."
It is entirely possible to construct an intentional, manageable, profitable business, and bring in the number of clients required to make a healthy living within a year.
AND — doing that is up to you.
The learning curve is steep. The emotional curve is steep.
This process will stretch you emotionally.
This process will challenge your assumptions and your identity.
 
 
Becoming a business owner means becoming an entirely new kind of person.
 
If you commit to this process, and you implement what you're learning, your life will look radically different in one year than it looks today.
 
It's not passive.
 
I wont be doing it for you — you'll have to put in the work.
