What to expect from an Elemental Coaching Day?
A dedicated container for you to get unstuck and on track with a day focused solely on you and your business.
The Elemental Coaching Day is an exclusive event where we work together 1:1 on what is most pressing and important for you and your business right now.
You get 6 hours of intensive, focused and conscious coaching, visioning, and planning in which I bring you one-on-one access to all I have to offer as a coach, mentor, and consultant.
The CEO role is about focusing on the big picture of the business, rather than scrambling to bust through an ever-mounting to-do list.
When you're working in your business you feel like you're in reaction mode, so busy dealing with daily demands that you don't have time to think about long-term strategy, or how to reach your next set of big goals.
In Elemental Entrepreneurship, I call this "Ground Floor/Top Floor."
From the ground floor of your business, you can only see the work that's directly in front of you. Everything is task-oriented, and may be disconnected from a bigger picture.
From the top floor, you have a much more expansive view. You can survey what's behind you, and what's ahead. You can cultivate a plan for the most effective way to move in order to accomplish your wildly important goals.
Especially as a solopreneur, it's imperative to regularly spend time surveying and planning from the top floor, so that when you get ten toes down, you are clear on exactly what you're doing and why.
During your Elemental Coaching Day we will go up to the top floor to get a birds eye view of your business, and assess what needs to be done to create the business you want - quickly.
Together, we will work to identify what's working, and where there’s room to add more value, get more clarity for yourself, and communicate more clearly to your audience in order to bring in more sales.
You’ll leave your Elemental Coaching Day with a customized map that gives you the exact next steps to take in your business in order to have ease, flow, enjoyment, and cash ('cuz no matter how much you love what you do, it stops being fun when you feel like you're working your ass off and not getting paid.)
Your Elemental CEO Day Experience
✓ We'll begin with a 45 minute Strategy Call to ensure that we know exactly what we'll be tackling during our day together.
✓ You may receive a packet of worksheets to be done in advance of our session, based upon what we'll be focusing on during the Elemental Coaching Day.
✓ Your session can be in person in Los Angeles (travel not included) or virtual over Zoom.
If Virtual, your day can be arranged as two 3-hour sessions with a 1 hour break on 1 day, or we can split the sessions across 2 days.
✓ After your Elemental Coaching Day you will receive all recordings, materials, and trainings to keep.
✓ Included in the investment is 2 weeks of Voxer access following your session, where you can ask any questions as they come up.

Together we'll design a business model that fits you and your strengths, not one based on lack, scarcity, what other people or doing, or what you think you "should" be doing.
Sustainable Systems: Building or cleaning up your business systems and standard operating procedures. We can create and implement tools to streamline your life and work, identifying ways you can automate and delegate to free up your schedule so that you can spend more time in your zone of genius (which is also your zone of profit).
We can also build your vision for your ideal day-to-day flow and routines, crafting a plan that allows you to focus on what matters most beyond work.
Business Clarity: Your specific projects, plans, and goals (what are you selling, what are you working on behind the scenes, what's actively running) for the next 90 days, or quarter by quarter for the year.
Dream to Reality Plan: If you have a big idea for a business or project and you're not sure how to bring it out of the realm of dreams into the material plane, we can use this time to strategize and plan on a step by step process to bring your vision to life.

What is Elemental Entrepreneurship?
Elemental Entrepreneurship is my signature framework for understanding and teaching business.
Earth, Air, Fire, and Water are the elements that we, and our Universe, are made from.
Bound by Spirit, these elements go beyond being the physical building blocks of life, they are also the energetic principles that govern everything in our understanding.
Nature thrives when the elements are in balance - and so do our businesses.
☾ Earth is our Root Chakra. Stability, finances, sustainability, systems, understanding our unique medicine, Earth is about the firm foundation that makes us feel secure and safe in our business and our lives.
☾ Air is our Third Eye Chakra. This is the place of our big visions for what we want to create. This is where we see the impact we want to make in the world, who we want to connect with, and how we want to communicate our medicine to them.
☾ Fire is our Solar Plexus Chakra. In business it is products, sales, marketing, social media, the way we shine our medicine forth into the world and make it available for others to see and connect with.
☾ Water is our Sacral Chakra. This is the emotional side of business - and the part least discussed in most business coaching. Knowing what to do is great, but you won't do it if you're struggling with fear, imposter syndrome, self doubt, or anxiety. In Elemental Entrepreneurship we honor our emotions and allow them a healthy, balanced place in our business, so that they don't capsize the whole dang ship.
☾ Spirit is our Crown Chakra. By incorporating Spirit into our business we acknowledge that we are not doing this alone. Our guides, ancestors, deities, and divine team are a part of the process. Being able to "delegate to the universe" means that we can shift out of trying to control everything ourselves, and surrender into faith that we are always supported, protected, and guided along our path.
Elemental Entrepreneurship is a gentle holistic framework for understanding business. Because it is the foundation of all of my work, it will be woven in throughout your Elemental Coaching Day. As we work together you will learn the language of Elemental Entrepreneurship, and gain the ability to notice when one element is getting out of balance, so that you can call in others to help bring you back to center.
