GA/CA (an acronym for Gratitude, Affirmation, Credit, Appreciation) is a journaling formula I created for myself, and expanded for my clients.
I've found it incredibly transformational, not just for me, but for everyone who's undertaken the practice and stuck to it for a while.
GA/CA is a morning and evening journaling practice that is very simple, but can have a profound impact on your mental and emotional health. It's like a parenthesis, a hug, bookending your day. Beginning and ending each day by intentionally connecting to positive feelings may seem like a small thing - the journaling itself takes only a few minutes - but small things can create a big impact when practiced over time.
Until now, the GA/CA journaling practice has only been made available to clients in my programs.
